EZRip is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material at the time of shipment from our factory for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise as a result of a defect in material or workmanship, we agree to correct such defects without charge or at our option; replace with a comparable or superior unit, providing it is returned to us transportation charges prepaid (sorry, dealers and/or distributors are not authorized to make replacement for us). To obtain warranty service, you must present a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Servicing performed by unauthorized persons shall render the warranty invalid.

The EZRip Drywall Tool Company will return any unused merchandise without penalty for 30 days. Used merchandise can be returned within 30 days with a 25% restocking fee. Whether returning used or unused merchandise, shipping will not be refunded. No Merchandise will be returned after 30 days. To return merchandise, please call 707-552-5510 to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number. This number should appear on all correspondence and packages sent to the EZRip Drywall Tool Company. Returned merchandise must be sent via prepaid freight, COD and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
